Jean Salch practices a discipline developed
by the Taoists over five thousand years ago, and reintroduced
by a Japanese Christian minister in the 1800s. In a
treatment,
Jean’s hands are used as instruments for Universal Life
Force energy, which comes directly from the highest spiritual
source. Reiki has been used through history to aid healing
in virtually every known injury and illness, including serious
problems like cancer, heart disease, headaches, insomnia,
and issues of self esteem.
Jean has apprenticed with local adepts, including
Joyce Carbonnetti, Don Demercurio, Claudia Cussion, and Sas
Carey, RN. During pilgrimages to Peru, she was initiated
in ancient Inca ceremonies and incorporates shamanic practices
in her work. Jean teaches classes
